When will the admission forms be out for DU (SRCC) 2019-20?

Start looking from April 2019. The forms are usually submitted somewhere between April and May.

The 2018-19 batch has just started. You've to wait till next year (May) for DU registration forms.

You don't have to fill separate forms for different DU colleges. You just have to fill one form for DU colleges. Only for St Stephen's you have to fill a separate form. The forms will be out somewhere around April or May.
