The admissions are anticipated to commence in July and extend through August as part of the Gurugram University Admission Process for 2023. Admission to UG and PG programs at Gurugram University in 2023 is primarily determined by merit and qualifying exam scores. Nevertheless, for programs like BPharm and MPharm, admissions rely on online counseling conducted by HSTES and GPAT scores, respectively.

The hostel has a fixed curfew. Entry and exit are monitored, and you need permission for late returns or outings. Initially, it may feel a little strict, but you get used to it. Inside the hostel, the environment is lively: people studying in groups, some playing carrom or table tennis, and others just relaxing after classes. Weekends usually feel more free, so you can step out with permission or hang around the campus lawns. Overall, it's safe and structured, but not suffocating.

The admin here is very helpful, though sometimes you need to follow up (like any university). Whether it's documents, ID cards, fee queries, or hostel issues, they do respond as soon as possible. The student office is also quite approachable and tries to resolve things quickly.

  • Class Assignments

Sometimes there are also readings sent for you to read before the lecture and come prepared for discussions, so passive learning doesn't work here. Honestly, it's quite open here at IILM University.

Faculty members encourage students to visit their cabins for doubts or even career guidance. Most professors are friendly and welcoming. They talk to us like mentors, not strictly as “teachers.” Students are also assigned faculty members as "mentors." They can go to their mentors for any guidance or concerns, and there are also brief meetings held with the mentors on a monthly basis or so to keep them informed or raise your doubts.
