This depends on college to college. Usually by February 1st week most of the colleges are expected to call for application. Start shortlisting your colleges and check their respective websites. Also, keep following Shiksha for regular updates on entrance process.

Applications are out for MBA admissions via MAT and other qualifying exam scores in most institutions and for admission via CAT 2017 scores can be applied as soon as the results are announced. After CAT results are out, admission notifications will be given on the website. Probably by February 2018, notifications will be sent.
