As per previous year usually, by the first week of February, notice will be put on NIT-K website requesting for the application.
Last date is usually March 1. By end of March, selection process at NIT-K and Delhi center gets completed. By mid-April, selected student list along with waiting list should be put up on NIT-K website. Please keep checking NITK website.
Regarding your chances, 70% weightage is given to CAT marks, rest includes GD, PI and work experience.
Your profile is decent and I am sure you shall get through at NIT-K. All the best.
