The admissions are done on the basis of JEE Mains marks through JoSAA counselling. The first round of which has started on 15th June and will be there till 25th June. So, admissions are started for GSITS and you are required to fill your choice through JoSAA's official portal.

It starts mostly in the late July or early August. Whole procedure gets started after JEE Advance results are out. It mainly starts in the month of June and by the end of July, you get a seat at institute. If you are willing to go for next rounds, then it may take a little more time.
