I don't think you can now. As the admission has already been closed. The last date for application for the NCHMCT JEE was on 16th April. I suggest you do a BHM course if you don't wish to wait a full year.

If you are looking for colleges like IHM which fall under government then you have to appear for an entrance but if you want to go for an autonomous institute, they take the internal entrance exam for their college or else in some situations, an entrance exam is not required.

Hi, To take admission with NCHMCT, you are required to give NCHMCT JEE. There are similar 3 year programs offered by other universities, for which an entrance exam is not necessary. Maybe, you could try out at one of those since you haven't given the required JEE.
