Hello, For taking up admission in Hansraj College DU 2019, application forms open in May end or June start and you can fill the forms at DU website www.du.ac.in.

Delhi University forms will be out anytime after April. You have to fill the university form and will be allotted college as per the cutoffs.

Admission in Hansraj college falls within the umbrella of overall DU admissions. So these start after class 12th board exam results is declared. You can expect these to start in June 2019.
