The batch for B.Sc Agriculture at LPU usually starts around the end of July or the first week of August every year. This year also, the classes are expected to begin in that same time frame. You will get your exact reporting date, orientation schedule, and class start date through your admission portal or official email after you complete the admission formalities. LPU is very systematic and student-friendly, they guide you properly about your reporting and academic schedule. Also, LPU gives you proper time to settle down in the campus with orientation programs, interaction sessions and practical exposure from the first semester itself

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. After you log in to the counselling portal after the results go out, you need to honestly fill your choices of course/specialization. LPU will then look for which rank you are in the merit list, check availabilities, and allocate seats accordingly based on your previously chosen course/specialization seats and rank.
