The last date to apply is over and currently the third round of counseling is in progress. So you will be able to apply next year now. You can check about ongoing process here.

Also, you can approach the college you seek admission in to know whether it has management quota or any seats are vacant there. -

The process of admission to different M.Tech courses begins in first week of May and ends by end of August. It's too late for current year but definitely you can think of applying in cycle of next year. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information:-
