Hi Amrita,
The forms will be available from May (approx). Check it by end of April.
For the eligibility criteria of this courser refer to link:- http://www.sxccal.edu/admissions/SXCAdmission2017/UG2017/EligibilityCriteria.htm.
But in brief, you need to have english at 10+2 level and you have to get minimum 60% in aggregate to apply.
