When will the forms of Delhi University and its colleges become available?

They come around in the third week of May. There is a common form for all colleges of Delhi University except for St. Stephen's and Jesus and Mary College for which you need to apply separately.

The registration starts in the month of May. -
The registrations for DU start every year in June.
