When will the MMS ILS result out? What are my chances of getting admission? I have applied through MAT (96.68%).

Hello, ILS results should be out by July end. Usually, the cut off for ILS is 90 percentile, after which they conduct the GD/PI rounds. So the selection depends on all the three factors of marks, GD and PI performances.
