There is no online application. You have to apply through DTE.

The admission process is conducted by DTE of Maharashtra. Application form will be available on www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in You can apply for PUMBA through the procees on above mentioned website. You can get a link on PUMBA website which will be redirected to DTE website.
