The online application forms for M.Sc in physics will be available in July. Yes, I gave entrance exam for IIT JAM and got 9500 rank in 2018.

It'll open soon but you should have a good average in bsc throughout and the college will be given on the basis of bsc marks and many institutes have entrance exams which you should check on the officiel site.
