Program enrollment fee:
A one-time program enrollment fee is required when you register for your first Level in CFA Program exam. You must also pay the exam registration fee (see below for deadlines).

It is a toll free number for CFA India region as found on the website of CFA. I have tried searching for the answer about fee in dollars. However, I believe it requires a registration for login into website. It is quite possible that once registered a user might get all the answers regarding currenc
