Where and when the distance education Automobile Engineering courses offered in Bangalore?

After 10+2 i done my degree from the stream of BA due to hopeless. So i want to do Engineering in Automobiles because of im doing the job in Automobiles as Technician and presently im in Bangalore. So you are requested to show me the right way according to my job, experience and location.
