Getting a job to your dream company totally depends on your competencies, smartness and attitude. College can only assist you to get that, but you have to perform well at the final stage. As per my knowledge, the college assists you in terms of placements. But again, you have to grab those skills/abilities to achieve your dreams. Nothing will happen only by thinking, but definitely will happen by doing so.
