Where can I apply to a UGC approved University that is still accepting Applications for MSc(IT) 2 year for 2013-14 in correspondence?

Have done BSc(Gen) with 57% marks (second division) and need to do MSc(IT) or MSc(CS) 2 year via correspondence in any UGC approved University in Distance Education mode. I want to start the course immediately. ie. in this calendar year 2013-14. What options do I have ?
