Where can I continue my BBA 3rd yr in India if I could not go to France due to passport issue. Doing 2nd yr BBA from IESEG S of Mgt, France.

I am doing my BBA 2nd year from IESEG School of Management, Lille Catholic University, France. Presently my study centre is Loyola College, Chennai. If I could not go to France for the third year of my studyies, due to passport issues, where can I continue my third year in India?
