Where can I do a MBA in operation Management abroad ? A very good university must ! I am not ready to write GMAT or GRE, may be IELTS.

I am so busy in work, I work 7days a week hence cant spend much time in any exam preparation.Hence Suggest me some good university who values in B.E mechanical Score mine 84% and 1 year Experience.BUT I WANT A GOOD UNIVERSITY..and If i write IELTS will it help me to get one ?
