Where can I do Fast track MA in English in ONE year , is there any recognized university which offers such degree courses?

i want to become a trainer of communication skills in some college, therefore I want to do short term certifications and/or PG course from a recognized university . Please suggest me some good courses and guide me to achieve my goals.
