Where can I do industrial engineering (production) as distance course in Bangalore? Please help me, it's urgent.

Distant education in industrial engineering, you may get in Bangalore, but they may not be valued the same as a normal college course. I would suggest you consider giving CET - Get into colleges like R V, Ramaiah. These are top notch for industrial engineering.
