Where can I get admission for graduation? I have got just 57% in my 12th.

Hi Hariom,
It is not possible to specify a particular college without knowing your stream, what you want to study, location etc. You are requested to check the college listings on Shiksha and check the requirements. There will be a number of private colleges across the country where you can apply basis your grades.
