Where can I get admission in PGDM?
I have worked at the sister concern of HDFC bank i.e. ADFC as a processing officer since last 3 years.

You could pursue MBA/PGDM through correspondence / part time / executive MBA mode. Keeping in mind your interest areas you could pick specialization in HR / operations.
