Hi Dilip, There are hardly any Universities which will give you Electrical engineering programmes through Correspondence, few of which you may try are IGNOU, JNTU, and Acharya Nagarjuna University. You can also appear for AMIE Examination which at many places treated equivalent to a degree programm
