Where can I get the certificates that I'll need during counseling of medical like character & domicile certificate?

Do I need to take printouts from the brochure?

Hello Dear, 1. Character Certificate is provided by your college where you have last attended. Class 12th Institutions do provide character certificate after passing 12th board. 2. Domicile Certificate : Its provided by the revenue officials of your locality.
