In order to take admission in any course you need to qaulify the eligibility criteria and alongwith that you need appear for LPUNEST which depends of the domain that you are planning to take admission.Yes, there is a cut off for LPUNEST for every course that you need to attain to get an admission into that course.

Well for M.Sc. Microbiology programme the eligibility criteria is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors Degree (Applied Medical Science or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Agriculture or Biosciences or Food Science or Medical Lab. Technology or Life Sciences or Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health & Allied Sciences or Plant Science) or equivalent. Nothing like previous sample papers are there, because the test mode is online, so they will give the questions on the basis of graduation, or else class 12th syllabus. So, no need of any worries you can easily clear. That is very basic.
