you have good work experience executive MBA is good option there are topmost MBA college like FMS IIMS, IIFT provide executive MBA for those who have more than two 5 year experience , this will also help for a positive approach in industry after doing MBA from topmost business school , there are limited seats in FMS and need to give test for executive MBA
