Hello, I think, there is no college in India which offer courses in weapons technology. DRDO has training institutes that do impart such training, but it's restricted to officers, armed forces and DRDO personnel.

After BE, you can join as an officer in technical branch in Armed Forces or appear for CDS by UPSC.
