Where can I practice my kind of cooking and be able to get certification too?

I have been working at home and my wife is a doctor. I have been appreciated for my cooking authentic and Indian food very widely. Cooking has been my passion. Now, I want to open a restaurant / take away. I have an experience in business of 25 yrs. I want to pursue a short term cooking course.
