    There are only few institutes which have this branch. All the prestigious institutes like IITs have this course. University of Calcutta. Indian Institute of Technology - [IIT]
    National Institute of Technology - [NIT]
    Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University - [JNTUK]
    Ballarpur Institute of Technology - [BIT]
    few more.

    I guess you should get in touch with University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun and you can even get a different specialisation for the same.
