Where can I study BCA that is relatively inexpensive for international students? What are the requirements?
I have National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized Polytechnic in Nigeria with the grade of distinction at both levels.

In India, tuition fees for BCA is quite low in almost all the colleges, it is in the range of $1500 to $3000 for three years course. Obviously, better colleges charge towards higher end.
