The 2 primary GIS certifications that most of the employers want-
1. Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP)
2. Esri Technical Certification
After GIS course, you may get jobs in to telecommunication, oil, gas, and transportation field. You can become Geographer, Cartographer/Photogrammet
