Where can one get jobs after completing Diploma in Computer Engineering?

First of all let me tell you honestly it doesn’t matter what degree you are having whether you have did diploma or engineering in CS/IT etc.
Only one thing matter i.e knowledge (Not theory) . I am talking about Practical knowledge. So I assume that you know some Java, Html, Css, JavaScript etc But you don’t know how to create a simple website then it’s of no use. You should know how to implement and use your knowledge.
By creating projects you can show all your knowledge(Portfolio). If you have created some good projects by your own then definitely you will get good job. I’m not talking about MNC's but some startu
