Where do I get a copy of the prospectus/ application form for the Admission Test at IIHM Hyderabad?

<p>IIHM accepts both online and offline applications to the programmes offered at the institute. Candidates must pay an application fee of INR 600 to the institute. Candidates who have applied in offline mode will get their form and prospectus directly from the admission office, and students who have applied in online mode will get their prospectus through post.</p>
