Where do i get B.Tech/B.E. degree at the age of 27??

Im 27.I dropped my Btech degree in 2007.Its not possible 2 put up all my backlogs nw.So i wnt to restart my career.Cud u help me in this?? It was B.tech degree in EEE from MG university kerala. I cudnt attend my backlogs in time. so its high time. I want to take this degree at this later stage.

try to gather information about this course in any of the open university in your state
