    Hi Mamta, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS officers are recruited. IAS means Indian Administrative Services and is basically meant for those aspiring candidates who have strong dedication towards the country.
    To be eligible, a candidate should be:
    -graduate in any discipline.
    -age limit 21 to 30 years.
    For preparation I would advise you to start preparing for IAS exam at least 12 months in advance to prepare for IAS prelims as well as mains. Doing so you have a good chance of cracking the IAS in the first two attempts itself. Routinize your day effectively. And choose the righ

    Hi Mamta adding to what Ms.Manmeet has already explained you may even try for Rao's in Delhi which is a good institute as far as my knowledge goes.

    You would not find many institutes providing coaching for IAS in Chandigarh. However, few of the institutes which you may consider are: IAS Today, Abhimanu's IAS Study Group, Panjab University, Study Center for IAS etc. For further details check the link below:
