Where i can complete my m,tech in petroleum in south

I am studing 2nd year in petroleum engineering ,and iam from middle class family ,i want to do m,tech in petroleum which collage in chenni are best in it. and what i have to study to pass in that collage test to get seat in it. and later how much is the tution fee.and scholarship?
