Where i can get Sure shot admission?Evaluate my profile for MS in US Univ.GRE(V=310-410,Q=650-750). B.Tech(CS)=65% ,12th=71% ,10th = 74%

I want to go for fall-2012. .I did my Btech in Computers with 65% in 2010. I have 2-3 Months Job experience( not concerned with my domain). I had backlogs also in my Btech, now its all cleared. What are my chances in US Universities & in which Universities i can apply safely.
