where i would get good engeneering college for B-TECH MECHANUICAL ENGINEERING
i got just 48 marks in aieee 2011 ,i want to good college having per year fees only between 1 to 1.5 lac and good placement anywhere in india

well if u want good eng college then IIT's are the best.Also NIT's and specifically BITS Pilani are good .But getting into these requires clearing their entrances.

your rank is average, & you can get admission to colleges that not permit central conceling to be held at there institute. You haven't mentioned your state & category. You can get colleges from net on AIEEE website.
