    Dear balaji. all specializations are important. but in MBA choose specialisation based on your background.like., if you are B.Com better go for finance spl. because you will be elevated excellently based on your awareness in that area. coming to HR , marketing ,its your interest to excel in that particular domains. anyway based on your nature and attitude try to choose specialisation and work on it extensively.

    my according u will get more opportunities in marketing and after marketing you have to get finance that after others
