You want to learn C++ and Java...........So there are many ways of doing so
1) Joining an Institute
2) From books
.....................
If you are interested in institutes than you can join institutes like NIIT or any computer institute in your area where they teach C++ and Java

thr are many computer taechin institute dat provide advance course n also basic course c+ c++ java n PHP .net etc
