Where should I apply for B.Tech (mechanical or electrical)? I obtained 119445 rank in JEE 2015.

You still have a good chance of getting admission into good colleges in mechanical or Electrical branch across India. But the problem is rush with the admission process as soon as possible. As, it is August and you are searching for colleges! I would recommend you to prefer colleges in Pune or Mumba
