where should i get coachings for nid and nift fashion designing course? delhi or chandigarh?

in delhi afa is the best choice i think.am i right. what points should i check while choosing for the coaching institute? which is the best coaching institute in chandigarh. i have cleared 3 institute's exam( pearl, niift, ims-dia) but i want to go for nift, is it a good decision to drop this year?
