You must narrow down your choices like your budget, language spoken, admission requirements, etc. must be taken into consideration. USA is more of a popular destination whereas Ireland is gaining popularity. It totally depends on what you want to study. USA is very expensive with selective universities while Ireland is cheaper as compared to US.
