where should i want to get admission in distance MBA?

i have completed my B.A. with 52% marks.i want to do distance MBA. i libe in ludhiana, punjab. please suggest me most valuable university. i am very confused in PTU, LPU, sikkim manipal, simbossis. please help me.i want start it very soon.
