Hi Sachin,
You appear to be charmed by IPS(Indian Police Service). Is it so? If yes, first become a good citizen by collecting information about the same from the annual notice put up by UPSC every year in Nov./Dec. in all National dailies about the Civil Services Examination which is conducted ever
