Dear Friend, you can apply to software firm through their recruitment advertisement publish in many leading newspaper and on job portals. you should read Times Accent , the supplement comes with Times Of India on every Wednesday for MNC jobs, register yourself on job portals like Naukri.com, monster.com etc.Subscribe to Employment News , which is Govt of India publication on various Govt Jobs. Moreover you can submit your cv to MNC's and Software firm even when there is no advertisement or recruitment process, they will inform and contact you as and when any vacancy arise in respect to your qualification and interest. After MCA you can apply in many software compnies like , IBM, TCS, INfosys, Converges, you can also get jo in any university as IT administrator, you can also submit you resume at some jobs site there you can also find good job
