You should aim for JBIMS Mumbai SIMSREE Mumbai FMS Delhi these are top colleges with very low fees and excellent placements

you can also take note of faculty of management studies banaras hindu University this college accepts cat score and it comes in top 50 b schools in india

One of the cheapest and one of the best business school in country if FMS Delhi. To get into FMS, you will need to write CAT and apply for FMS separately. However, I don't think fee structure should be a shortlisting criteria as most business schools provide need based scholarships as well as assist
