You can prepare according to the syllabus, which will be highly beneficial. Syllabus can be found at http://jmi.ac.in/studyatjamia/Syllabi/entrancetest. Moreover, you can refer various entrance exam preparation books like Arihant etc.

Last year's question papers are available in the central library of the university, so you have to go there for the question papers.
